Instructions for Making A Donation To Professor Furlong's TCP Biomarker Research

Whatever your method of payment, please send an email to Prof. Clem Furlong ( clem@u.washington.eduand CC his office manager, Ms. Beverly Berg-Rood ( bgonzale@u.washington.edu). Tell them when you are sending the donation, the amount of the donation, and whether you are sending it by mail or wire transfer. This will help protect against it getting lost in the system. If you have questions, you may also call Beverly at +206-616-4521.

 

BY CHEQUE: Make a cheque out to the University of Washington and mail it to:

Please attach a letter to the cheque that states: "A cheque for the amount of $xxxx is enclosed. It is made out to the University of Washington and is to be assigned to the Biotechnology Research Account of Dr. Clement E. Furlong. These funds are to be used at his discretion." Your contribution to Dr. Furlong’s research fund will greatly accelerate the completion of the blood tests for documenting exposure to engine oil.
